Maltz Jupiter Theatre Announces Summer Lineup
writes, "After it’s most successful season in its four year history, The Maltz Jupiter Theatre is proud to announce their 2007 Summer Lineup. Summer begins with the already announced Chris MacDonald’s Memories of Elvis on May 26 and rocker Rick Derringer on June 2. Following these shows is an all new Family Summer Film Series; performances by the Maltz Jupiter Theatre Institute’s Summer Conservatory students and three plays A Kid From Brooklyn, Nunsensations and Food Fight."
Saturday, May 26 at 8 pm – Memories of Elvis starring Chris MacDonald. A special celebration of the life and music of the King of Rock-N-Roll . All tickets $37.50

Saturday, June 2 at 8pm – Rick Derringer. Gater Rock Series
Rock the night away with this legendary Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist famous for hits such as "Hang on Sloopy" and "Rock 'n Roll Hoochie Koo". $50 VIP ticket and artist meet and greet, Orchestra $30, Mezzanine $25.

Saturday, June 16 – Happy Feet – Family Film Fest – In Antarctica, the Emperor Penguin must attract his mate with his own distinctive heart song. Mumble is a penguin who is born without the ability to sing… however he is the best tap dancer at the South Pole! Toe-tapping may ensue in this sweet animated comedy. Activities begin at 9am, Showtime is 10am. Tickets are $3 Kids, $5 Adults.

Saturday, June 23 – The Prince & Me – Family Film Fest – In this romantic comedy, Julia Stiles is a free-spirited American college student at a Midwestern University who falls for a fellow student, who is actually a European prince attending the school incognito. Miranda Richardson plays his mother the Queen of Denmark. Martha Coolidge helms the romance. Activities begin at 9am, Showtime is 10am. Tickets are $3 Kids, $5 Adults.

Saturday, June 30 – Good News – presented by the Children’s Theatre Institute Summer Conservatory. Showtime are 2 pm and 7:30 pm all tickets are $5 for children and $10 for adults.

Saturday, July 14 – Charlotte’s Web – Family Film Fest
This classic story based on the beloved book by E.B. White brings us the charming tale of Fern and her young pet pig Wilbur. Just as Wilbur learns of his impending fate on the chopping block, he meets a very special spider in the barn who begins to weave messages in her web such as “Some Pig,” “Radiant,” and “Terrific.” The messages make Wilbur famous and ultimately save his life in this story of friendship and loyalty. Activities begin at 9am, Showtime is 10am. Tickets are $3 Kids, $5 Adults.

Sunday, July 22 – The Wiz – presented by the Children’s Theatre Institute Junior Summer Conservatory. Showtimes are 2 and 7:30 pm all tickets are $5 for children and $10 for adults.

Saturday, July 28 – Shark Tale – Family Film Fest
In this whale of a tale fast-talking Oscar is a little fish who ends up at the scene of the crime when the son of a shark mob boss is killed. Claiming to be a “shark slayer” Oscar takes on all the trappings of fame but when his title is challenged he finds that his little white lie has landed him in hot water. He enlists the help of the shark boss’s son Lenny who happens to secretly be a vegetarian and together they try to make sure that both of their futures aren’t all washed up. Activities begin at 9am, Showtime is 10am. Tickets are $3 Kids, $5 Adults.

Friday, August 3 – Sunday, September 9 – The Kid from Brooklyn presented by Kid Productions. This new musical is an intimate portrayal chronicling the life of Danny Kaye. Favorite songs of the period are used to recreate the highlights of Kaye’s career from stage to film to television. Backed by a three piece ensemble, musical highlights include Anatole of Paris, Tchaikovsky, By Jingo, Minnie & the Moocher and many more. Showtimes are Friday at 7:30pm; Saturday at 2pm and 8pm: Sunday at 2pm and Wednesday at 2pm. Tickets are $30 for matinee and $35 for all evening performances.

Wednesday, September 26 – Sunday, October 7- Danny Goggin’s Nunsensations:
The Nunsense Vegas Revue. “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” when the sisters hit Sin City to create the most feather-filled, sequin-studded, fan dancing Nunsense show ever! Come along for the ride as the sisters experience “Show-biz” like never before. This hilarious musical comedy is “a whole lot funny and a little bit naughty, but there ain’t nothin’ dirty goin’ on!” Showtimes are Tuesday, Wednesday at 7:30pm; Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm; Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets are $28 for all performances.

Thursday, October 11 – Sunday, October 28 – Food Fight!
This world premiere musical revue pays homage to and pokes fun at the boxing match between food and the human body, and the pleasures and neuroses that are linked to it: the battle of the buldge, diets, exercise, plastic surgery, cooking show gurus and more. Showtimes are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm; Thursday and Friday at 7:30 pm; Saturday at 8pm.Tickets are $32-$36.
