To stay at the forefront of dining trends and ever-changing consumer palates, RA Sushi’s corporate strategy is to update its menu annually to enable the executive chef to incorporate creative trends and unique combinations into his recipes.

Along with its traditional assortment of seafood, beef, noodles and signature sushi and sashimi items, the new menu at RA Sushi also features:
Getting Started:
+ Pineapple Chicken: Chicken sauteed with shiitake mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions and garlic, drizzled with a pineapple teriyaki sauce
+ “RA”ckin’ Shrimp: Crispy rock shrimp served on a bed of mixed greens with a creamy ginger teriyaki dipping sauce
Soups & Salads:
+ Tuna2 Salad: Seared Ahi and Albacore tuna drizzled with tataki and garlic ponzu sauces, served over a bed of mixed greens with sliced avocado, asparagus, jalapeno, cilantro, pine nuts and cashews
Signature Sushi & Sashimi:
+ Kiwi Scallop Sashimi: Sliced scallops and kiwi atop a mango wasabi sauce with sautéed pine and cashew nuts, drizzled with mango-tobiko sauce
+ New Zealand Roll: Smoked salmon, cream cheese and mango rolled in rice and seaweed, topped with scallop, kiwi and sautéed pine and cashew nuts, drizzled with eel and mango sauce
+ Yellow Monkey Roll: Roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke and cream cheese rolled in rice and seaweed, topped with mango and cashew nuts, drizzled with eel and mango sauce
+ Tunacado: Seared Ahi tuna dusted with Japanese rice crackers and black sesame seeds, served with fresh avocado and a creamy ponzu dipping sauce
Among other tasty new menu items now available at RA Sushi at Downtown at the Gardens are:
+ Sugarcane Shrimp: An appetizer of five grilled shrimp on a sugarcane skewer topped with an Asian BBQ sauce
+ Scallop Tempura: Lightly battered scallops served with a creamy ginger teriyaki dipping sauce
+ Shrimp Gyoza: Steamed Asian potstickers served with snow peas and a chili ponzu sauce
+ Grilled Salmon Skewers: Served over wasabi mashed potatoes and finished with a teriyaki glaze
+ Miso Hot! Soup: Consisting of tofu, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy and shrimp simmered in a spicy Miso broth
About RA Sushi in Palm Beach Gardens:
RA Sushi is located at Downtown at the Gardens, 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Avenue (next door to the Yard House). Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 3 p.m. – Midnight. Happy hour food and beverage specials are offered Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. and the bar remains open until 1 a.m.
