Description:
Happy is one of 10 puppies that were brought to Safe Harbor with their mother at only 2 weeks of age. The owner was overwhelmed with the amount of work it takes to raise a litter and surrendered the mother, Princess, also available for adoption, and the puppies. Happy is now about 5 months old as of February.
