14th Annual 5K Green Run

Come run (or walk!) at beautiful Riverbend Park for the annual 5K Green Run and 1-Mile Nature Run—a race dedicated to protecting the environment and paving the way for a cleaner, brighter future!

Presented by the Partnership for Environmental Education (PFEE), this event supports the Jupiter Environmental Research and Field Studies Academy (JERFSA), a distinguished environmental science program open to Palm Beach County high school students. Since 1993, JERFSA has been shaping the next generation of environmental leaders through hands-on projects, including marine life surveys, native plant restoration, and wetlands construction. Additionally, students contribute extensively to the community through volunteer service.

Your participation makes a difference! Every step you take helps sustain JERFSA’s vital mission.

5K Green Run / Walk

All ages are welcome to run or walk this scenic 5K course!

• Register early to guarantee your event shirt and medal—choose from a Dri-FIT tank or tee!
• Top finishers will be recognized (see awards section for details).

Triple R Challenge

Show your creativity! Email a picture of your best Recycled, Repurposed, or Reused item to pfeeinfo@gmail.com for a chance to win a prize at the race!

• Recycle – Convert materials into something new.
• Reuse – Give items a second life through continued or alternate use.
• Repurpose – Transform an item into something entirely new!

1-Mile Nature Run / Walk

Perfect for all ages!

• Top runners (ages 10 & under) will receive special recognition.
• Walkers can enjoy a Nature Treasure Hunt—search for and identify as many of Nature’s Treasures as possible! (Treasure hunters will be on a separate course.)
• Want to do both? You can compete in the 1-Mile Run first and then complete the Treasure Hunt afterward!
