Jupiter/Tequesta CHRISTMAS PARADE

Event Details
The annual Christmas Parade will be held on **Sunday, December 8, 2024, at 1:00 pm**. Parade staging takes place in the **UF Scripps parking lot at 120 Scripps Way, Jupiter, FL 33458**. The parade will head north in the southbound lane of Central Blvd., passing Main St. and University Blvd., before turning onto Frederick Small Rd. The parade concludes at the Skate Park in **Abacoa Community Park (ACP), located at 1501 W. Frederick Small Road, Jupiter, FL 33458**. The reviewing and judging stand will be located on the north (right) side of Frederick Small Road, just before the Abacoa Community Park entrance.

Parade Theme
The 2024 parade theme is **“Ugly Christmas Sweaters (or T-Shirts)”**. This whimsical trend, popularized in the 1980s, is a nod to our neighbors up north and has become a festive holiday staple!

Parade Host
The parade is organized by the **Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA)**, which proudly sponsors this beloved event for the 48th year. A dedicated committee of volunteers works tirelessly year-round to bring this parade to life.

Directions & Parking
**Getting to the Parade Route**:
1. **From Military Trail**: Head west on Frederick Small Rd. to Central Blvd South via the traffic circle. You can park on both sides of Central Blvd South, as well as both sides of Frederick Small Rd., from the Skate Park in Abacoa Community Park (ACP) to the traffic circle.
2. **From Donald Ross Rd.**: Head north on Central Blvd, then west on Frederick Small Rd. to Central Blvd South via the traffic circle. Parking is available as mentioned above.

**Free Parking Locations**:
– Two garages in Downtown Abacoa
– One garage near the Marriott hotel
– Along Main St. and University Blvd. (avoid resident spaces to prevent towing).

**Handicap Parking** is also available and clearly marked on Main St. and University Blvd.
