If you’ve never been to the Lake Worth Beach Street Painting Festival, you’re missing out on one of the best weekends in town! Every year, downtown Lake Worth Beach transforms into a giant outdoor art gallery, with talented artists turning the streets into vibrant, mind-blowing chalk masterpieces.
This year marks the 31st annual festival, happening February 22-23, 2025. It’s completely free to attend, and trust me, you don’t want to miss it. Over 600 artists will be out there, recreating famous works of art or coming up with their own incredible designs—all of which will disappear with the next rain.
But it’s not just about the art! There’s live music on multiple stages, tons of amazing food from local vendors, and a fun, energetic vibe all weekend long. The streets get packed, so wear comfy shoes and be ready to wander around for a while taking it all in.
📍 Where? Downtown Lake Worth Beach, mainly along Lake and Lucerne Avenues
🕙 When?
🚗 Parking can be tricky, but don’t stress—there’s free parking at Palm Beach State College (Lake Worth campus), and they run shuttles to downtown from 10 AM – 6 PM both days.
🚊 Taking the Tri-Rail? There’s also a shuttle from the Lake Worth Beach station to the festival.
It’s one of the coolest things Lake Worth Beach has to offer, and whether you’re an art lover or just looking for a great way to spend the weekend, this festival never disappoints! 🌞🎨✨
