DESCRIPTION:Blooming in the Garden\nBlooming in the Garden at the River Center (Busy Bees Theme)\nThe River Center invites families to enjoy Blooming in the Garden\, a free nature-based children’s program designed for ages 3 to 6. This month’s theme\, Busy Bees\, introduces young learners to the importance of pollinators through story time\, crafts\, and outdoor garden exploration. \nThe program begins at 10:00 AM with a guided story session and a nature-themed craft\, followed by hands-on fun in the River Center garden. Children will have the chance to explore\, learn\, and interact with the natural world in a safe and engaging environment. \nTo continue the experience at home\, each child will receive seeds to plant and start their own garden\, making this a perfect early learning activity for preschool-aged children. \nProgram Highlights\n\n\nDesigned for children ages 3–6 \n\n\nBusy Bees theme with nature education \n\n\nStory time and hands-on craft activity \n\n\nOutdoor garden exploration and play \n\n\nFree seeds to take home and grow \n\n\nFree program (donations welcome) \n\n\nThis event takes place outdoors\, so families are encouraged to dress comfortably and be prepared for a little mess.
