Spend the morning helping protect one of South Florida’s most beautiful coastlines\, then donate school supplies to help local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. \nWhether you’re a longtime volunteer or joining for the first time\, this family-friendly event is a rewarding way to make a difference. \n📅 Saturday\, August 8\, 2026🕗 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM📍 Ocean Cay Park – Anita Lankler Pavilion2188 Marcinski Road\, Jupiter\, FL 33477 \n🎟️ Free to Participate \n🌴 Help Clean Jupiter’s Beaches\nVolunteers will work together to clean approximately 2½ miles of beach\, stretching from the Juno Beach Pier to the southern edge of Carlin Park. \nCleanup efforts include: \n🏖️ Beach shoreline \n🚶 Beach walkways and crossovers \n🚗 Parking areas \n🌿 Park grounds \n♻️ Recycling collection \nFriends of Jupiter Beach provides gloves\, grabbers\, and collection bags\, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm! \n🎒 Back-to-School Supply Drive\nThis month’s cleanup also features a Back-to-School School Supply Drive benefiting local students. \nSome of the most-needed donations include: \n🎒 Backpacks \n✏️ Pencils \n🖍️ Crayons \n📒 Wide-ruled composition notebooks \n📄 Construction paper \n🖍️ Colored pencils and markers \n🧴 Glue sticks \n📏 Highlighters \n🧽 Erasers \n📋 Dry erase markers and student whiteboards \n🎧 Student headphones or earbuds \n📎 Scotch tape \nEvery donation helps local children begin the school year prepared and ready to learn. \n🥐 Volunteer Perks\nAfter the cleanup\, volunteers who return by 9:30 AM can enjoy: \n🥐 Complimentary breakfast snacks \n🥤 Refreshments \n🎁 Free prize drawings \n🤝 Time to connect with fellow volunteers and community members \nWhat to Wear & Bring\nFor your safety and comfort\, please wear: \n👟 Closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops) \n🧢 Hat \n☀️ Sunscreen \n🦟 Bug spray \n👕 Clothing that protects your arms and legs \nImportant Information\n✅ Individual volunteers do not need to register in advance. \n🎓 Students seeking community service hours must check in by 8:00 AM sharp to receive two hours of service credit. \n👥 Organized groups should contact Friends of Jupiter Beach in advance.
