The name itself is a nod to the iconic 718 area code\, honoring the neighborhoods that shaped the restaurant’s concept. \nLocated at 716 US-1 in Tequesta\, the expansive space is designed to serve locals from morning through late evening. Inside\, the restaurant offers 221 indoor seats\, along with a private dining room for 50–60 guests\, ideal for parties\, events\, and catering. Outside\, an open-air tiki lounge and bar transforms the property into a lively nighttime destination\, complete with live music and entertainment. The outdoor bar is open daily and will remain open until 11:00 PM on opening night. Guests can also take advantage of Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 3:00–7:00 PM. \nThe menu features a full lineup of diner favorites\, including omelets\, pancakes\, French toast\, sandwiches\, wraps\, paninis\, milkshakes\, and classic sides\, alongside elevated comfort dishes like baklava pancakes and orzo bowls\, offering a unique twist on familiar classics. \nGrand opening festivities extend beyond the restaurant walls\, with a large white tent set up in the parking lot hosting an iced coffee station\, beer and wine\, water\, and local vendors throughout the day.
