Bring the little ones out for Storytime & Crafts for Kids, a fun and educational children’s program at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum.
Designed especially for children in Pre-K through Kindergarten, this engaging morning program combines storytelling, creativity, and local discovery in a beautiful outdoor setting. Families will gather under the shade of the Seminole Chickee to enjoy captivating stories about lighthouse keepers, Florida history, local plants and animals, and the unique natural world around Jupiter.
After storytime, children will take part in a creative craft activity that connects with the day’s theme, making this a wonderful hands-on experience for young learners.
Registration Information:
Space is limited, and RSVP is required. Pre-registration is strongly recommended at least 24 hours before the program begins.
What to Bring:
Please bring a small towel or mat for your child’s comfort, along with a bottle of water. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in.
Important Details:
The cost is $5 per child with one accompanying parent. Additional children under age 6 are free. Additional adults are regular admission, which is $15.
Please note that Storytime does not include climbing the lighthouse. Each month’s Wednesday and Saturday Storytime sessions share the same book and craft. Sessions may be canceled due to inclement weather or high heat.
This is a great family-friendly event in Jupiter for parents looking for educational activities, kids’ crafts, local history programs, and things to do with young children in Palm Beach County.
