Keeping Military History Alive

The 16th Armored Division Reenactment Group was established to help preserve U.S. military history and introduce younger generations to the people, equipment, and stories of the World War II era.

Its volunteers dedicate countless hours to keeping historic military vehicles roadworthy and ready for educational displays and living history events. Each vehicle is individually owned, registered, insured, and maintained by members of the organization.

Supporting America’s Veterans

The event will also help raise awareness and support for Honor Flight, which honors American veterans by helping them travel to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials dedicated to their service.

Bring the family and spend the afternoon experiencing military history in a way you normally only get to see in museums or photographs.

Whether you’re a military history enthusiast, a vehicle lover, or looking for something unique to do with the kids in Jupiter this weekend, the Military Vehicle Display at Double Roads Tavern offers a rare opportunity to see World War II history up close.
