Her first venture, Black Forest Deli & Catering in Bethlehem, PA, has been a beloved destination in the Lehigh Valley for over 15 years, celebrated for its homemade Ukrainian dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.

In South Florida, Victoria brings that same commitment to quality and community to Tequesta Table. Here, she sources the finest local ingredients to create a unique blend of homemade breakfast and lunch offerings.
