Martin County 9/11 Memorial Bridge Walk

Martin County will mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001 with its annual 9/11 Memorial Bridge Walk on Friday, September 11, 2026.

Community members are invited to gather at Jock Leighton Park in Palm City to honor and remember the thousands of lives lost in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and aboard the four flights on September 11, 2001.

Hosted by Martin County public safety agencies and community partners, the annual remembrance brings residents together to pay tribute to the victims, first responders, and all those whose lives were forever impacted by the events of 9/11.

The morning will begin with an opening ceremony at 8:30 AM, followed by the memorial bridge walk at 9:00 AM.
