Get ready for a frightfully fun morning on the trails at the Trick-or-Trot 5K Trail Run at Newfield on Saturday, October 24!
Run, walk or stroll your way through the scenic nature trails of the Kiplinger Conservancy at Newfield. This family-friendly 5K follows wide, non-technical dirt and grass trails through some of the Treasure Coast’s beautiful natural landscape.
Halloween costumes are encouraged, with a costume contest and prizes for participants who come dressed in their spooky best. Race-day festivities also include age-group awards, race swag, pre- and post-race hydration and treats, pumpkin decorating, a DJ, complimentary snacks and coffee.
Best of all, the Trick-or-Trot 5K benefits House of Hope in Palm City, helping support local residents facing hunger and hardship. Participants are also encouraged to bring a nonperishable food donation for the House of Hope food drive.

There is no time limit to complete the course, so participants can enjoy the 5K at their own pace. Dogs are welcome but should start toward the back of the group and remain on a leash.
