Blooming in the Garden
Blooming in the Garden at the River Center (Busy Bees Theme)
The River Center invites families to enjoy Blooming in the Garden, a free nature-based children’s program designed for ages 3 to 6. This month’s theme, Busy Bees, introduces young learners to the importance of pollinators through story time, crafts, and outdoor garden exploration.
The program begins at 10:00 AM with a guided story session and a nature-themed craft, followed by hands-on fun in the River Center garden. Children will have the chance to explore, learn, and interact with the natural world in a safe and engaging environment.
To continue the experience at home, each child will receive seeds to plant and start their own garden, making this a perfect early learning activity for preschool-aged children.
