Free Bully-Prevention Seminar Aims to Empower Jupiter’s Youth in the New Year
As families look ahead to the new year, a free bully-prevention seminar in Jupiter is offering parents a powerful way to help their children start 2026 feeling confident, capable, and prepared. Hosted by Pure Self Defense, the community-focused program takes place on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m., and is open to children ages 6 to 15.
Held at Pure Self Defense’s Jupiter location at 730 West Indiantown Road, the seminar addresses an issue many families know all too well. Bullying remains a daily reality for children across the country, often impacting self-esteem, academic performance, and emotional well-being long after an incident occurs.
Rather than focusing on physical confrontation, the seminar emphasizes a non-violent, skills-based approach to handling bullying. Children will learn practical tools such as assertive communication, confidence-building strategies, boundary setting, and situational awareness—skills designed to help them defuse bullying situations safely and effectively.
The program has gained recognition for its results, earning coverage in the Sun Sentinel, Jupiter Courier, and Abacoa News as one of the most effective bully-prevention methods available for children of all ages. The goal is simple but impactful: build confidence, build safety, and help raise bully-proof kids.
The seminar is completely free, but space is limited, and families are encouraged to RSVP by January 1, 2026 by emailing info@PureSelfDefense.net.
Presented by Pure Self Defense in partnership with G Empowerment, the event is designed as a community service program—and organizers encourage parents, teachers, and neighbors to spread the word.
For families seeking proactive, positive ways to support their children’s emotional strength and personal safety, this seminar offers an empowering start to the year.
