Celebrate Parks & Recreation Month – Build Together, Play Together

July is Parks and Recreation Month — a time to recognize the essential role parks and recreation professionals play in connecting residents, providing vital services, and nurturing a vibrant, healthy community.

The Town’s Parks and Recreation Department proudly maintains over 200 acres of parks and natural areas and offers a wide variety of community classes, more than 50 programs, family-friendly events, and so much more.

To celebrate, they’re throwing a party in the park — and you’re invited! Join your Parks and Recreation team for an evening of fun, games, and community spirit as we come together to celebrate what we love most: creating connections and making memories.

Bring your picnic blankets, lawn chairs, and your favorite people for a playful evening filled with family field games like tug of war, kickball, giant Connect Four, and jumbo LEGOs.
