Chef Daniel Ramos brings decades of experience to the table, with roots in the South Florida culinary scene dating back to the early 2000s. His passion for local, farm-fresh food inspired the launch of Red Splendor Farm with his partner, Melodye Abell, located in West Lake Worth.
Chef Ramos doesn’t just cook with local produce—he grows it. Now in his third season as a vendor at the Delray Beach Green Market, he embodies the true spirit of the farm-to-table movement, connecting the dots between harvesting and crafting beautiful, seasonal dishes.
