Loggerhead Marinelife Center will welcome marine scientist Dr. Liberty Boyd for its January By the Sea Lecture, offering the public a closer look at how researchers study sea turtles in the wild and uncover the mysteries of their movements beneath the ocean’s surface.

The lecture takes place on January 21 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and will focus on the techniques and tools used to track sea turtle movements and foraging behaviors across marine habitats.
