Holiday in the Park
Village of Tequesta to Celebrate the Season With “Holiday in the Park” on December 12
The Village of Tequesta is gearing up for one of its most festive evenings of the year as Holiday in the Park returns to Constitution Park on Friday, December 12, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. This beloved community event brings residents together for an evening filled with holiday cheer, family activities, and the glow of the season’s most anticipated moment—the annual tree lighting, taking place promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Holiday in the Park is free for Village of Tequesta residents with proof of residency, while nonresidents are welcome for a $20 entry fee. Please note: card payment only—no cash will be accepted.
To prepare for the festivities, Constitution Park will close beginning December 10 and remain closed until gates officially reopen at 5:30 p.m. on the night of the event. Dover Road will also close at 4:00 p.m. on December 12 to accommodate event traffic and ensure a safe pedestrian environment.
Families should keep in mind that children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the event.
In the spirit of supporting local businesses, guests are asked to refrain from bringing outside food or beverages and instead enjoy offerings from the event’s local food vendors. From festive bites to warm treats, there will be plenty of seasonal flavors to enjoy.
And while Constitution Park is normally a popular spot for furry friends, this particular celebration is not pet-friendly, so please leave pets at home.
With twinkling lights, the warmth of community, and the magic of the tree lighting ceremony, Tequesta’s Holiday in the Park promises to be a memorable evening as the village officially welcomes the holiday season.
