Winter Lights and Bites
Cox Science Center & Aquarium Lights Up the Season With “Winter Lights & Bites” Holiday Nights
The Cox Science Center and Aquarium is once again transforming its campus into a glowing winter wonderland as “Winter Lights & Bites” returns for the holiday season. This family-friendly evening event invites guests of all ages to experience a festive blend of science, lights, music, and outdoor fun on select nights from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
A highlight of this year’s celebration is the new sing-along holiday light show, where favorite seasonal songs come to life in vibrant, dancing color. Visitors can wander through the illuminated outdoor exhibits, enjoy hands-on science activities, and warm up with a DIY s’mores station beneath the Florida night sky.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, guests can enjoy bites from local favorites—including Kobschies Ice Rolls and Uptown Deli Café—before catching special shows along the Science Trail and in the Science Center’s outdoor amphitheater.
